Loved the lady at the reception, the peope at the desk were very welcoming, nothing was problem, they let us park in front of the hotel. Cool place, near the centre and restaurants and pubs.

The reception staff were genuinely friendly and kind. The hotel was clean and tidy everywhere. Check in easy, and efficiently-done. The room was spacious and there were elec. sockets near the bed,, for phone-charging etc.

Although the Hotel is not pet friendly, my wife has a companion dog that will wake her if she starts having a blood/sugar inbalance. She is only a small dog and we were allowed to take her into our room. Thank you very much and well done. Mr. R. BAKER

Firstly a great welcome always helps, nothing too much trouble for me and storing my bike. Short walk to supermarkets, the square and shopping so great location
